Helping you to thrive in any situation.
Hi Reader,
Jack and Jill aren’t broken.
They’re capable, experienced leaders who’ve been trying to think their way out of the fog on their own – which is usually how you get further into it.
I know, because I did exactly that. Right up until the stroke.
What changed things wasn’t more effort. It was having someone walk alongside me while I saw what was really going on.
That’s the work I do now, alongside leaders in finance and consulting who look fine from the outside.
If something in this series landed close to home, send me a message. The first conversation is just about whether it’s a fit.
And if someone came to mind along the way, send this to them.
How I work, in four lines from The Leadership Field Manual (The Access): Parking my experience. Listening to my clients. Creating the space for them to slow down. Knowing they already have the solution.
Anna Keeble said it well on the podcast: “When someone meets you where you are… it's a huge relief.”
And Masha Liashenko's episode has the simplest advice of all: “Look for a helper”.
