Jack and Jill went up the hill…
You know how the rest goes.
Meet Jack and Jill. Two leaders who've been climbing for years. Promotions. Bigger teams. Bigger responsibility. From the outside, it looks like success.
What nobody talks about much is the tumble.
Over the next few weeks – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – I'll share a simple sketch of a moment on their climb. Some you'll smile at. Some might land a little closer to home.
Jack and Jill aren't real clients. They're drawn from many conversations with the leaders I work with. No one's story. Everyone's story.

I'm sorry I've been quite for the last few weeks, life has been a little busy.
However, I hope this finds you well.
